Lynden Harris is director of Hidden Voices, which collaborates with underrepresented communities to create award-winning works. At an April 2013 event held at Duke University's Nasher Museum of Art, Harris and Nikki Whang discuss issues behind the mission to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline through activities which nurture creative expression. Hidden Voices has partnered with WAM for a series of Saturday workshops held at the WAM campus on the Baltimore Road for students in and around Warren County.

A frequent participant in WAM-sponsored activities, Ramon placed second in WAM's National Poetry Month High School Slam Poetry Contest held in April 2013.
